1 Definitions

3 Account Security

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to verified bank accounts or mobile wallets registered to the account holder's name.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Withdrawals in excess of 100,000 PKR may be subject to enhanced verification procedures. 4.4 Deposit Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your zk88 game account belong exclusively to you and that you are the authorized account holder of the payment method used. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless specified otherwise, bonus credits that have not been used or have not met wagering requirements within 30 days of being credited to your account will automatically expire and be removed from your balance.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or playing games on the zk88 game Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. zk88 game does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify confirmed bets except where a clear technical error is demonstrated.
• Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time human dealers operating under standard casino rules. Results are final.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, any affected round will be declared void and stakes will be returned to the player's balance. zk88 game is not liable for any expected winnings on voided rounds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. zk88 game reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time.
• For Cockfighting events, additional specific rules apply as published in the Cockfighting section of the Platform. Results of Cockfighting bouts are final and binding once officially declared.
• For sports betting, including cricket and HBL Pakistan Super League markets, settlement is governed by the rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zk88 game Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or event.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any such discoveries must be reported to zk88 game support immediately.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or unauthorized third-party payment methods.
• Creating accounts using false identities or impersonating another person.

8 Intellectual Property

10 Privacy & Data

zk88 game collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by zk88 game

zk88 game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, failure to complete identity verification, or any other situation that zk88 game determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

12.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your zk88 game account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonuses) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. zk88 game may charge a monthly inactivity fee of 100 PKR on dormant account balances. You will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fees being applied.

13 Dispute Resolution
